Commercial Application

5S reporting activity will take two forms:  'real time' and formal reviews.  The first will be handled by way of the on-line 5S status database and management walk-throughs.  The second form will be through staff reviews and Diagnosis & Review.  The on-line status process is shown below.

FEEDBACK PROCESS

The feedback process comprises the following parts:

  • Regular information exchange between the site focals, 1st-Lines and Steering Team members
  • Periodic review of documented best practices and lessons-learned
  • Closed-loop communication between Steering Team and individuals submitting improvement ideas
  • Semi-annual D&R
